After 6 months of working in the company, you can freely use your legal vacation (Paid time off): 📍 18 working days.
Your Paid time off is accumulated from January 1, and you can use it until March 31 of the following year (you have 15 months, because then the vacation is burned and is not compensated).
Decide on the dates and send a vacation (day off) request! How to do it, read here: Instructions on how to apply for vacation.
Important! Remember that if it is a short vacation/day off (up to 3 days), write in advance (1 calendar week before the start ou your vacation), if it is more than 4 days - a month in advance.
But what to do if you suddenly need vacation days, and you have been working for the company for less than 6 months? 🤔
There are 2 options:
🔸 can be organized at your own expense or
🔸 in proportion to the time worked
Important! You must first agree this with your direct manager, and then write a letter to them and HR hr@air.io
Don't know how many vacation days (PTO) are left?
You can always look here in AIR Manager (use AIR VPN to get access to this site - Contact @Mykhailo Vlasyuk via Slack or email mvlasyuk@air.io if you don't know how) in the Absence Requests section (Запити на відсутність).

The first 2 days of your absence due to illness are paid by the company without a medical certificate, but it is important that you notify your supervisor about your health and absence (preferably as early as possible, before 9:00 am). Put hr@air.io in the copy of the letter: we also need to know why you are not at work.
Important! 🔻Starting from the 3rd to the 5th day of absence, the company will pay only if there is a confirmation from a doctor (if there is no medical certificate, these days are considered as your own expense). If you were on sick leave for more than 5 days, it is considered vacation at your own expense, regardless of whether there is a confirmation from a doctor or not.
