AIR Media-Tech was founded in Ukraine in 2010 by Sergii Bielousov and Stepan Mihaylov with the aim of distributing video content on its own platform.
Later, in 2011, AIR received a certified YouTube partner status and transformed into a multi-channel network.
In 2016, AIR Academy was created — a video blogging academy.
In September 2017 AIR reached one hundred billion views on its network.
In 2019 the company began to cooperate with TikTok.
In 2020 AIR has evolved from an MCN (multi-channel network) into a large-scale ecosystem for creators all over the world and has developed more than 50 services for the development of YouTubers on digital platforms.
In January 2022, AIR Media-Tech purchased the American company ScaleLab.
Now there will be information that you will need
for a comfortable start.
A personal signature in corporate email matters. In fact, it is more than just a name and title. It is part of your personal image and the image of the company. Even a signature can create a wow effect, attract attention, and provide complete information about the company. And we want all of our employees to have such a signature. :)
Important details: use a separate code for your unit

As you know, our company uses Google Workspace (Google services) for centralized teamwork.
We strongly recommend using the following tools instead of other alternatives. In particular:
1. Google Docs for working with documents, Word, Pages, or other similar programs. If you have difficulties using Google Docs, watch
the tutorial here:
2. Google Sheets for working with tables, not Excel, Numbers, or other similar programs.
3. Google Slides for preparing presentations, not PowerPoint, Keynote or other similar programs.
4. Google Meet for team calls, not Zoom, Skype, or the like.
5. Google Drive to store files (its volume is limited), not OneDrive, Dropbox, or others.
This format is convenient for use by several employees and is secure. If the information is confidential, it can be closed for outside access.
We have an effective time rule: 2-3 hours, which you (depending on the time zone) set aside to focus on your work as much as possible, without being distracted by communication with colleagues, except for urgent requests.
This is the time when you can concentrate and immerse yourself in the most important tasks. We try to exclude meetings, communication and correspondence as much as possible during this period.
Working hours at AIR: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (the schedule can be changed by agreement with the manager or depending on the location of the employee).
Lunch break — 1 hour without firm fixation.
